Itinerary

Pickup from Dubai hotel or private residence between 3 AM and 5 AM by a dedicated Conservation Guide in a Land Rover Defender 130. Exact pickup time is shared the evening before.

Arrival at the takeoff site with a welcome of Arabic coffee and dates.

Watch the balloon being prepared as it fills with air and fire, then board for your flight.

Enjoy cultural storytelling from the in-flight storyteller about the desert and its heritage.

Witness an in-flight falcon show and see the world’s fastest animal up close.

Fly over the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve with permission to operate inside the reserve, including moments when the pilot approaches closer to the desert floor for unique views.

After landing, take a short drive to a Royal Desert Retreat with exclusive access.

Enjoy a breakfast menu crafted by a Michelin starred chef, inspired by air, earth, fire, and water, served at a tranquil desert oasis.

Take a short camel ride around the oasis.

WATER

Seaweed-poached crab and lobster, diced mango, crème fraîche, grapefruit, green oil, caviar.

FIRE

Smoked red pepper couscous, grilled chicken breast, chicken chorizo, mint yogurt, lemon olive oil.

AIR

Crisp puff pastry, light vanilla–lemon espuma, caramelised banana, fresh berries, date syrup.

EARTH

Smashed avocado, heirloom carrots, roasted sweet potatoes, baby beets, crisp red radish, desert truffle.

On the Table

Assorted cheese, nuts, seasonal fruit, local honey, jam, butter. Warm bread.

More Important Information

• Pickup and drop-off in Dubai are included. Shared air conditioned vehicle for the Signature Experience unless a private option is booked. Private vehicle for the Private Experience.

• What to bring: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and cool, comfortable clothing. In winter, bring a warm layer, especially before sunrise.

• Children between the ages of 5 to 11 are charged at a child’s rate.

• Bathroom facilities are available at the breakfast oasis.

• Vehicles accommodate a maximum of six guests.

• Weather dependent experience. Pilots may decide not to fly if conditions are unsuitable. An alternate date will be suggested or a full refund provided..
